Hello, i got a room booked through santosh for two days' stay at golden heights. (August 1st and 2nd 2017.) i reached the hotel and paid rs.4000.00 i put the bag in the room and went out for tea. When i came back i could see a gang of people smoking in the reception and went to the room. To my great shock i could find the lock inside the room was broken. I called the room boy and he told me that you press the knob from inside and it could not opened from outside. But it can be opened by using a duplicate key. The person inside the room cannot prevent anybody from entering the room. I made a complaint. Later i decided to leave the hotel but i was given only rs.3000.00. They took rs.1000.00 though i told them that i would launch a complaint to the police. I tell you that the atmosphere at the hotel was very very bad. I want you to blacklist the hotel 'golden heights.' this hotel has no name board. Nobody in the locality knows the hotel. I believe that oyo would the take the responsibility and see that oyo facility is not longer available at the hotel. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |
