[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Worst service I kay nine
I booked one room for 3 person in hotel kay nine. First they send me url to find the location but url has not working properly. we waste 2 hr. To find the hotel. When we reach the room there is a double bed but we booked for 3 person. There is no towel, provided by the staff till on next morning. Washroom pipeline is overflow. And most important service is very very delay.. when u order now then order will come on after 1 to 1:30 hr. So irritated hotel seen in my whole life. Kindly refund my total amount with waste of my time. Which is spend otherwise I put the case on consumers court.
