OYO — Unable to get a refund

I booked a hotel in Hyderabad and I had to pay 10% in advance.
They also mentioned that if I cancel my booking I'll get a refund on the 10% I paid, which is why, I proceeded to pay.
And now that I want to cancel my booking the company is denying that I have booked any hotel from my registered mobile number
