SCAM / FRAUD - User details being leaked and money stolen

I had recently reserved an OYO room (Bangalore, SPOT ON 78462 A Class Suites) and paid the initial amount directly via the OYO website. However, just on the day of arrival, I received a call from someone by the name of Pankaj from the hotel stating that the rooms in the hotel are unavailable and they can confirm the reservation only if I pay the pending amount immediately. And they also insisted that I pay directly to the number they provide....

Hotel charged extra amount

I booked oyo room through oyo app my booking id is B3YL3560 and paid 925 through app and when I entered the hotel they told our price is 2000 so you need to pay 1075 for checkin and 35 for water bottle, it was pathetic experience and even I can't reach Oyo customer care and there is no option in the app to complain this.

Refund Escalations

I had booked a room with OYO on 6th of Feb. 2022 for the date of 1/03/2022 to 10/03/2022 under the booking ID: P1W46896 and it was cancelled on 28th of Feb 2022. Cancelled the booking but not getting any refund.

I have made a booking on 28th DEC 2021 with OYO Rooms, and i cancelled the same booking on the same day under the policy norms of OYO rooms, i get the status on the app that my booking is canceled and But there is no any mention of cancellation policy regarding online booking. This is with regard to my booking made at OYO Townhouse 013 New Friends Colony on 2nd of sepetember 2021... i was told over phone by miss naina, that she is confirming a room on the 3rd floor which is a spacious room with a good balcony space and a LIFT ..so in good faith in your name, i made an online payment from my paytm upi account..

Didn't receive booking id

I called the oyo number and your reservation desk member said he'll book an oyo for me and gave me this link through which I paid. He then cut the call on me before giving any booking id. Now I've lost money and got no oyo room. I need refund. You can check all the details in the screenshot. My registered oyo number is [protected]. I paid using [protected]. Without booking id I can't proceed further....

OYO Room booking Refund Issue

Hi Team,

I made the booking in wrong date. So i called Hotel Manager ([protected]), As per his advice, I cancelled the booking within 10 mins . OYO is not ready to refund the amount which i paid for the hotel. Even i talk to Hotel Manager, They marked as "No Show" . They also initiated the concern behalf of me.OYO Help Desk is not ready to take the refund request.

Kindly do the needful for the same.

regarding the booking of fake hotel that doesn't exist

This complaint is against oyo room for the booking of a fake hotel that doesn't exist.
I booked a room in oyo 9140 maharana greens at kukas on 27 february 2020 for 28 february to 2 march (3 nights).
The location of the hotel was shown in the app, it seemed a good location.
I paid the total booking amount online.
The booking was confirmed from oyo for the above mentioned dates.
I reached kukas on 28 february...

harassment by calling everyday

Oyo room app is calling me continuously every day. They are calling like 20 times every day. I want them to remove my number and never call me again. Please dont call me it is very disturbing. I want them to remove my accout permantly. It is not safe for me as they are calling continuously. I am very much disturbed. Each time they are calling with new number. spam calls from oyo

I keep getting calls from oyo at least twice a day on my registered number. I can tell people i know to stop calling me or any other spam number, i can just block but oyo calls from several different numbers. The calls are about some stupid gift that i've earned or some random unnecessary stuff like that. This is the only caller that disturbs me and regardless of the time of the day....

I booked hotels (5 bookings -3 booking for company visit and 2 for personal) through oyo rooms app for company job purpose in godavari lodge, varanashi, up from 25th dec to 31st dec 2019. My 3 booking id are fckq5312, lwej7256 and huzv6523.

As per our company demand for reimbursement, i updated my comany gst detail before booking to get gst invoice after check out of 3...

I tried to book oyo room and got it booked on second attempt but the first attempt the amount was detected. Pls refund the deducted amount for the failed booking.

From oyo emails:
Email 1:
We have received your payment for booking : shma2367 but unfortunately, there are no available rooms at your selected property oyo xxxxx... Please connect with us on [protected] and we will help you find another property....

Please ne informed that i have booked a hotel (Oyo 15153 rudraksh hotel &resort) through oyo. I have already intimidated oyo executive for tax invoice befor booking and they assured that it will be provided while checking out.
At the time of checkout i asked at hotel reception for the invoice but they denied and suggest that it will be provided by oyo.
At same time i have call oyo customer care and informed the same for tax...
