I have booked my oyo rooms on Sep 27, 2022 in Gurgaon. Confirmation number is SSPU0529.
When i reach the hotel on the booked date, hotel admin told that they have cancelled agreement with OYO and not taking any bookings from OYO.
Then i raised complaint immediately. They sent below mail.
"We acknowledge that we've received your request for Check In Issue, Property Blocked/Closed, NA and it is logged under the Ticket ID [protected].
Our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible."
There was no reply from them. Once again i have raised my complaint and they sent below mail.
"We acknowledge that we've received your request for Check In Issue, Tie up/Recon Issue, NA and it is logged under the Ticket ID [protected].
Our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible."
Till date i haven't received my refund and not able to reach out to customer care.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
