Sold me a food processor on 20th sept 17. Invoice 0108172/ind-13664. Morphy rechards was supposed to demo in three days. Did not. These fellows have given an e mail address which does not exist. I phoned morphy at[protected] fifteen minutes ago. They collected all details and said that they cannot do anything as pai international has not registered the sale. This means that both pai international and morphy richards work like bbmp. Pai's 42464343 dead. Don't know when the processor will work.

    Hi sir,

    My name is venkateswarlu. On 18/09/2014 i purchased lg tv led 32lb 5820 tv (408plge177263) in pai international shop which is located at jayanagar. After one year i got issue like on the screen getting white dots. I complained and replaced complete panel screen.
    Again after one year now getting same issue white dots around 12 on screen. I have paid around 37 thousand with in 3 years 2 times issue repeated.

    I have raised support ticket "rnp[protected]" — after checking he suggested that need to pay 4000 rs to rectify that issue.
    The issue is "led array" replacement.
    I got already defect piece and with in warranty period only changed the panel again same issue is repeating. Its burden for me to pay this amount i have paid around 37 thousand and took bajaj finance loan and completed the installments,

      I buyed kailash fan just three months back, it is not working from past 5 days, i have given complaint in pai international vansthalipuram, no one is responding properly, even kailash customer care and websits are not working, may this is fake company i think so, please take action against this company, and make my fan to be gat repaired by the pai international.

      I bought samsung tv on 298th of september 2017 and delivered on 29th but the staff forced me to pay delivery charges 200/- and said it is mandatory but when I bought from Reliance digital I never pay any thing .

      Today is 5th october nobody were came till now for installation .

      What a beautiful service.

        Dear team,

        It is shameful that mobile counter executive behave in such a aggressive way with me today when i visited pai electronic showroom, kukutpally.

        I has challenged me to come out of showroom. He has taken off his watch and pai badage and started showing his misbehaviour and other executive is seen stopping him and saying please forgive him and do not be aggressive.

        Now we must know why this incident has taken place at the first instance.

        This is not the first time i have visited or purchased the product from kukutpally showroom, i have brought many products and never was upset.

        The executive is acting very smartly and giving all over smart answers and cross questioning customer. He is saying you are provided free glass cover and back cover and you have concerns you must keep your month shut and collect and move out without speaking a single word.

        I visited showroom to speak with ali but it seems he resigned and his last working days was yesterday. I asked him and he says move out or call ali we shall not help you and on any request or query he is acting more like hero and feels like he is very smart.

        I asked him first you say me what do you mean you are giving for free, i have done payment and based on the deal i am asking you and i have every right to get better quality.

        The glass cover is not fixed properly and back cover that was given was of low quality, ali promised to give me mat finished black cover.

        I also shared with him that i called ali and there is no response and when i visit you are behaving in such a way.

        Executive answers or attending customer is not at all in professional way. Last time i came to purchase lg mobile but later i was forced purchased from bajaj electronics due to high price different.

        I brought many products from showroom.

        I am sure all the incident is capture in the cctv and you can review the same. Apart from this there was huddle was taking place and we have such a big outcome and none of the pai staff including the manager shown any interest to come and interference and sort out the concern.

        It is shameful to see the customer was challenged and using abusing language. I personally feel what may be the outcome of our words but challenging customer to come out of showroom and showing abusive gestures and actions is completely wrong.

        I am ready for the any inquiry / questioning.

        Below are the points:

        I have not given coupons, once the payment is done and was informed that no coupons on samsung mobile phones

        Glass cover is not pasted/fixed correctly on mobile.

        On the day of purchased 90% showroom lights are turned off (Time was around 10.15 pm).

        Incorrect billing (I was looking to redeem points)

        Also i shared more details on facebook chat window and will never step again in the showroom if no proper action is taken in this regard.

          I purchased samsung 1.5t 5 star inverter ac from pai international, nizampet hyderabad branch in the last week of january 2017. After paying the advance, due to shortage of stock they had delivered us the instrument in the 3rd week of february (Due to which i lost 15 days of warranty on instrument). For installation, the branch people sent me a third party technician (Who is not a pai trained technician) for installation. Due to his inefficiency, the machine was not properly installed and the gas which is present in the condensor was leaked due to which we are not able to enjoy the cooling. For this i've started calling customer care regularly for about 4-5 days and finally after so many struggles they sent an company trained technician due to which we came to know the actual reason for not working of our ac. He fixed the issue and after using it for 3 months, we started facing the same issue, i again started calling the cc guys.

          What i'm trying to say is pai is maintaining some 3rd party inefficient staff due to which installations are not properly done. I've sent an email to report against that technician. Immediately after receiving the mail one guy called me and asked about details of that technician. Staff is irregular, customer care is not very responsive. After raising a complaint we have to follow-up with them until our issue was resolved. Most importantly they are not sending any confirmation sms to the registered mobile number once a complaint has been raised.

          I then decided not to recommend pai electronics to my friends and colleagues.
          Even i faced same problem, they told they will arrange a 1st service for my AC for free of cost. When i have called they said they send the tech within 24 hrs but they didn't and they called me for for feedback which was not done. i have called so many times but till now my AC service has not been, which i have requested before 3 months.

          I even reported the same in branch (Madinaguda) where i have purchased AC but no use

          This is the first time i have purchased product in PAI, bad experince and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

            I had purchased Henry Car Washer from Pai International Marathahalli Outer ring road on 17th June 2017 but the product is not in working condition. I tried using this as per the instructions in manual. Its getting switched on but there is no water supply. Tried multiple times but still unable to use it. Either the product needs to be replaced or the same needs to be rectified.

              Dear sir,
              This is the fourth reminder i am submitting.
              We have purchase the above said subject model washing machine in your show room at gopalan arcade at rr nagar, bangalore-98. On 10.05.2014 with an extended warranty for two years.
              It is brought to your kind notice that, on 29.05.2017, the machine due to unusual sound and not working properly, we contacted the customer and customer care directed for repairs, when only ladies were their, the representative mr. Lokesh (Mob. No.[protected]) attended and said that, the motor is out of order and to be replaced. He charged for servicing rs.300/-. Then he returned on 31.05.2017, he replaced an old motor stating that it was in the store and hence looks like old, in the washing machine and collected rs.4, 550+160/-. The machine.
              Still getting unusual sound when working.
              Will you kindly look into this issue, when the item was in the warranty period, with out any further reminders and take necessary action at the earliest.

                I went to Pai International to buy iphone 7 128gb using Baja finsery.

                They told that i can only swipe 20k from my card.

                They asked us to try Capital Finance. It took 3 days for the verification process. The person who came to verify came 2 times to the office and verification is done.

                Finally I got a call from the showroom that all the process is done and i can avail the offer.

                When i went there they told they can give me only iphone 7 32gb Gold color.

                Somehow they compromised me and finally i asked them to give me black color.They told us to come at 10 in the morning.

                They wasted around 4 hours and said that it is still under process.

                Vexed up with this behaviour. If you are not Customer Centric please dont waste our time like this. We are not free all the time to revolve round you.

                I am pretty sure that i am not gonna buy any product in Pai Again.

                If possible i will escalate to the manager.

                Price wise : Iphone 7 128gb is 56000 in all the stores but here they are taking 59000.

                Learn to respect customers first. If you dont have intention to sell please et out of the job.

                  Hai, I purchased a split Haier AC from Indiranagar Bangalore Pai international on 25/03/2017. Since purchase four times it had problems. Neither the company is interested to rectify nor the Pai international people wants properly to talk. I am suffering in all the ways. I requested Pai to change the set, they are simply avoiding. They are not bothered about customers​ satisfaction. Please help me to resolve the issue. Thanks
                  I am Manjesh from Karnataka (S), Hassan (D).I purchased LED 32 inches TV from ur "Pai international" in our locality.They are misserably neglecting from last 1 month for repairing it, as it's an one and half year back I ve purchased it.Finally I don't know when it will be repaired from your end.so you either repair nor you change that piece.
                  The most horrible experience off my life. These packistanies take the piss all over. You pay for a service we're the food taste like shirt and air hosting staff take the puss big time.

                    Pai international gopalan mall mysore road arch bangaluru, the sales executive told and promised he will free installation and give v gaurd steblizer and the price negotiated and purchased, finally
                    Delivered without without v gaurd sleblizer when we checked with sales executive he is saying it will be costing high, thats why he is not told the price which
                    Product we asked for. Finally after fixing technician saw and told while installation he collected 1250 for installation
                    I bought this product in pai international in gopalan mall mysore road arch bangaluru.

                    That manager and sales executive also not at all responsible, when we went to speak with him is so busy discussing
                    In phone not even bothered to attend the customer.

                    That branch manager least bothered about anything.

                    After paying so much and buying we are not satisfied.

                    I puchased all items tv and air conditions from pai i hope this will be the last purchase from pai international.

                    Pls be careful anybody buying from there pls check the product while they deliver

                      I was surreal of buying products from pai. To beat summer bought cooler. Within 4 days we lodged complaint for not cooling n makes lot of sound.its more than 15 days after multiple follows like calling, visiting store they sent 3 technicians n non of them couldn't understand what's needs to be done.
                      Best part is that there is no record in pai whom they are sending n what needs to be done to resolve.

                      Dilip is the sales representative. NEVER FALL INTO HIS TRAP. He is ruining the imagine of pai.

                      My whole summer will be wasted in follow up with I think.
                      Cooling problem in our newly bought A/C.No proper response given in time..Instead, got only telephonic instructions for us to clean the air filter. Follow up has not been done so far..Waiting since 3days for the technician.. Disgusting!!

                        I have purchased a IFB Washing Machine Senator on 05 April 2017. On 06 April your company has delivered the machine in open condition and same was returned back and on 08 April 2017 again your company delivered the same machine citing that it is sealed condition. During delivery time I was not available. I have spoken to Mr. Arasan of your HSR Layout Manager to take it back. Till date it did not pick up the same and he promised to return back the money to my account. Till date the amount has not deposited to my account. Pl look into the matter immediately, Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

                          We purchased an Air Conditioner on 02.04.2017 and it was promised to be installed in 48 hours. Its been 1 week today and they have not responded. Their customer service is worst in the world with liars sitting on those chairs. I have spent around 100 rs calling them. Fraud Company. Never buy anything there and keep yourself spared from this harassment.

                            Hi Team, I purchased an A/C from Pai international, Kalyanagar Bangalore and yesterday it got installed as per service request raised by Pai and Samsung guys installed it. The rates as quoted by PAI while selling the product for additional components doesn't match what Samsung charged me, so finally I ended up spending Rs 3500+ other expenses for white cement etc. If Samsung is not in sync with PAI where there products are sold, why don't you guys speak amongst and advice PAI not to claim that the charges are going to be such and such. Really unhappy with Samsung and PAI both. I called PAI kalyanagar branch multiple times but the moment I start speaking on the issue, they hanged up the call, Is this PAI customer service when I need help urgently? All your responsibilities are over since you have got your payment for the product? Call me i[censored] want to understand more.Attached bills for your reference.

                              FALSE PROMISE BY PAI ATTAPUR BRANCH..I purchased three VIDEOCON AC ON 24.02.2016. and I booked the complaint ON 14.02.2017 within warranty period PAI sales manager SRINIVAS REDDY IS not taking any responsibility and all the staff of PAI ignoring my service and service incharge MR .MUBARAK is also ignoring and the staff is using abuse language now I am Requesting Higher AUTHORITIES to take immediate ACTION in My matter and send immediate good technician for service otherwise I will file a SUIT in COSUMER COURT .

                                Wall Mount delivered is not even worth 500 INR but promised for 5900 worth wall mount. False promises. Even stabilizer not delivered which was included in offer. The service personals are charging money for installation on 2nd visits.
                                They make false promises with coupons which never clicks and its lottery. Its kind of cheating innocent people.Never visit Pai International

                                  I bought a chimney (Faber) from A S Rao nagar, hyderabad. The sales person told me that the installation is 500 and extra addon would cost extra. Now, when faber came for installation, he is charging 400 extra for drilling. It mean drilling extra and will not cover in installation. Pai should have been very specific about installation. Very bad service from pai and faber as being first customer to Pai, i would henceforth buy from chroma which i always was.

                                    I had buying whilpool washing machine in indhiraranagar pai. yesterday 14/06/2016 night will be delivered.wire as damage. & bottom plate as broken. i have tried to calling mr. manju & another person he as did not pick up the phone. mr. manju as refer disply peice. he was promise the warranty. kindly responce our complaints.&please clear my compaints as soon as.

                                      I bought 1 whirlpool AC which is to be free installed, It was agreed by sales man that it will happen bylast Sunday and when I have visited to shop yesterday they promised for today.

                                      Now when I have called customer care, they are confirming that they are too busy and they can do it only by tomorrow. Really 6-7 days required for installation?


                                      So question is whose fault is it?

                                      Is it the service man who is least bothered about PAI company reputation or is it PAI sales man who is least bothered about the after sale service or the owner of PAI BG road who thinks his customers or happy or finally is it me who went to PAI to make this purchase? Or is it me for continuing to be PAI long time customer.

                                        Ihad buyed LG 1.5 ton AC from pai electronics just 1 month back LSA5WT5D they had not installed properly (unexperience boys ) we have water leaking problem from inner cabin from day 1, I am keep on saying, I had raised the complaint to them no one came to repair . there is no customer satisfaction.
                                        Please let me know who is responsible to repair.
