I bought 2 AC's to be installed, they took more than 3 days to get is installed after everyday followup. The AC is installed by 3rd party, one of the AC is not installed correctly, there is water leakage inside the room. Best part is the technician said it it expected for LG AC when the set temp is 18 to 20. I am sure you may be saying "What Crap". Yeah! it is what he he said.

So question is whose fault is it ?
Is it the service man who is least bothered about PAI company reputation or is it PAI sales man who is least bothered about the after sale service or the owner of PAI mahadevapura who thinks his customers or happy or finally is it me who went to PAI to make this purchase? Or is it me for continuing to be PAI long time customer.

Sipping Juice in this hot summer with AC installed but not working.

    I purchased a samsung refrigerator from pai international at kathriguppe main road bsk 3rd stage and was promised a demo, but the same has not been given and the technicians speak to us once and then they dont answer our calls. Tried calling the showroom but that did not help, tried calling the customer care of pai and i was given an assurance that the demo will be given, but that to did not happen.There is no proper follow up very bad customer support, will never buy anything from pai again.

      Friends sharing bitter experience with Pai. Refrain from buying AC from Pai, here's why:

      1) Installation is not done by company people. It is done by 3rd party vendor who is least bothered.
      2) Once AC bought Pai helpline people also hardly help.
      3) I had good experiences before hence bought AC from Pai, it's one week since I bought AC and still feeling summer heat since AC is not installed. Common issue. Few of friends bought AC from Adishwar and I believe delivery & installation was made in 1 day.

      Hope this helps for you to take decision.

      We have purchase AC from Pai International Dasarahalli/ Peenya Brand on 23rd April, today is 30th April,
      still it is not installed, After purchase of goods these peoples are not taking care about for their customers

        We bought a 47 inch Toshiba TV for Rs.60, 000 on[protected]. We paid Rs.800 for extended warranty. Now the TV is under repair and we approached Pai and Toshiba Customer Care but both are saying that "We are not responsible. Toshiba said that "We did not install your TV, Pai has sent third-party for installation and extended warranty not updated in our system." We contacted Mr. Syed (the person who installed our TV) (phone number: +91 [protected]) and he said that "I have taken the amount for extended warranty and the same was handed over to Pai International. So, please contact them." Everyone said that contact Pai, contact Toshiba, contact Installed Person, etc. Nobody is responding properly. Please intervene and resolve our problem or please guide us way forward.

          We bought a pegion mixer grinder, within a week the motor stopped working, they didnt replace just repaired and returned . Then within 10 days, one by one all the jars began leaking. They asked us to return it to them. Then for about 1 month, there was no reply from them. Whenever we called they replied that they would call after 5 mins but they never called. So we bought another mixer. After about a month, they said they will give another piece of the same brand, same model . As we bought another one, we said we will buy some other product for same price. But they disagreed and the sales manager was so stubborn and also insulted us. Extremely poor customer service. Pls do not buy any product from Pai. Deeply unsatisfied.

              Hii, i purchased washing machine in jaynagar pai and told them to ship it in shimoga with a dinner set which was free for purchasing washing machine.The sells man in jaynagar branch spoked very well while selecting the washing machine and paying the money.but while shipping it from shimoga to home they gave only washing machine but not dinner set and when asked they told to come and collect in pai shimoga and once my father went to collect it they told him that pai jaynagar they told to deliver only washing machine not dinner set.Later when I call to that sells man who spoke to my father he was very rude at me stating that it is jaynagar pai mistake they dint tell us to give dinner set.Is this is a way to speak with a customer??? Later after checking to jaynagar pai my father finally got dinner set...THANK U PAI FOR UR DINNER SET ...and this is the reason people hate shimoga pai and give negative feedback even i got negative feedback but pai but just tried and experienced lively...

              I am Admiral SK Das, at 506, Block 3, Kailash Dham, Sector 50 MOIDA[protected]

              I was coerced into buying a Godrej Washing Machine by Salesman ANUJ KUMAR[protected] on 25 October 15, promising a free gift of a Steam Iron with the purchase .

              Machine supplied vide InvoiceNo. 21I/94049757 dt 30 10 2015 BUT WITHOUT the PROMISED STEAM IRON.

              I wrote so on the delivery challan.

              Calls to ANUJ KUMAR only resulted in " Item out of stock, will be delivered by me in a day or two"

              It is now mid November, now Mr Anuj Kumar does not answer his mobile.

              Item may be small, however, THIS IS FRAUD, enticing with a "free item", then not bothering to deliver.

              I EXPECT GODREJ TO INVESTIGATE AND TAKE ACTION TO DELIVER THE STEAM IRON TO ME URGENTLY

                I bought a nokia mobile. It has not been used for 2 week. I faced issues with speakers hearing very low. I gave them for a replacement. They gave the same handset without replacement with same issues.They speak some random lies and say the handset is done. Worst Customer Service Ever. Worst Customer Desk. I have never seen such a worst customer service ever. I ask customers not to go Pai International to buy any products. Worst to the Core. They are so many good outlets to buy all the consumer goods. Never go to Pai International..
                Never buy products from Pai International. Absolutely no customer service, all fake lies and they don't care about products and servicing.

                  Pai International Kalyan nagar outer ring road center has got very poor support... all staff sits and chat and enjoy they don't respond to customers who enters there... they stir at female customers and comment... we bought two air coolers and assured by them, the delivery will be on the same day and they put it in the advance receipt. i told them clearly that we have meeting in the evening hence i need it by evening before 6 PM.. but nobody bothered about this and next day by 1 pm they delivered and they did not give any best practises or guidelines... who is going to be response for these things.. i sent mail to [protected]@paiinternational.com and support email id's they even not bothered about this... i need justice on this subject hence i raise this complaint... i would like to file consumer case and claim compensation for the same.. because my requirement for meeting purpose was not met... one of the air cooler which i purchased is not giving cooling air, i complaint on the same day... till now no one bothered to respond... looking forward for your support...!!!                     Hi, I have bought Dell Laptop cost 40, 000 in Pai international (Madinaguda hyd) . its inbuilt windows 8.1 configuration. As i asked to customer representative to connect wifi to check some functionalities on my laptop.. he replied that there is no free Wifi here we cannot provide you Wifi.. how you use our Wifi freely... Is this correct response ? If we go to pizza or coffee shop they are providing wifi to customers ... As Pai international is famous in selling electronics they are thinking about cheap savings from customers.. My best suggestion is don't refer any one to such type of Showrooms...

                      My name is farook My mobile no is [protected] I bought refrigerator from pai international Mangalore Karnataka on 7-9-2013 for rs 37000. But after 3 days it started leaking water at the bottom. We called service and they agreed that this is manufacturing defect. And promised us that new refrigerator will be delivered within a week. Now the pain started ...after one week they are finding reasons (both LG and Pai) not to replace. We paid rs 37000 (thirty seven thousand rs) for this double door fridge. Now we request your kind authority to make them to give back our money.

                          in the month of april i purchased samsung lcd 40 inch t.v. its been 3 weeks since i purchased the t.v and then went to the store from where it was purchased at koramangla near sony world signal, the store is managed by paras jain. at the store i saw them taking down t.v from the display wall cleaning it packing it selling it to customers. seeing this i realized that the t.v which was delivered to me 3 weeks back did not have the protective plastic covering, when i checked in detail i realized that the store has sold me a tv with month of mfg as may 2011. which is badically the one used at their store for display. i tried my best to get it replaced but 1ce they have sold it to you they wont even listen to you. i made a huge mistake by purchasibg products fron them, but would soon be filing a case against thtore in consumer court. my dvice tols stay away from pai intl they have dubious practices and extrnly arrogant staff.

                            1 .I have purchased a SONY LCD from Pai International BANASHANKARI Branch,as told by the supplier he will deliver the item on next day but there was no response even after 4 days.

                            2. I have purchased Sony LCD TV. Till now they are provided wall mount options.( more then 5 Months).

                            Called so many times, no response.

                            Very very poor commitment.

                              I recently purchased a 320 ltr LG refrigerator from Pai Electronics (Mangalore, Bunt's Hostel outlet) for my parents. They had a sale underway and hence we decided to avail of a better price. We paid Rs.20,500/- (incl of delivery charge of Rs.150) against a quoted price of Rs.23,xxx/- We were told that this is the best that we would get anywhere.

                              3 days later my father happened to enquire about the price of the same model at another shop (which did not have any sale/offer going on). Despite there being no sale/offer, the rate quoted was Rs.19,700/- (incl of delivery). This clearly shows that Pai Electronics is cheating its customers by not just overcharging them but also floating bogus schemes/sales.

                              I would warn each and every potential buyer to stay away from this so-called reputed chain of electronic stores. Or atleast take the trouble of comparing rates at other outlets before actual purchase.

                              I had purchased micromax mobile in PAI electronics, Bunts Hostel Showm room in the month of November 2010. they charged me Rs.3900/- .but the same mobile was available in mangalore for just 3050/- in another shops. the attitude of this shops salesmans iv very rude and disgusting. while billing also they made mistake by cash instead of Debit Card, and even gave me smart idea that i need to goto any ATMs and draw the cash and pay them .                               i took a samsung laptop in ur company within a month keypad problem appeared. i came to you you said me to contact samsung service .they said they wil replace keypad to new one .now its nearly a month i dint'nt get any call from them...from 2 months i am waiting i cant use these laptop full stuck and keypad press r diffrent if we press 1 it goes to other button..i called to complaint service banglore they said they will provide new one...but from them also i dint get any reply...so i waited lot a time... now if i dint get any reply il complaint this to consumer court..my contact number [protected]

                                Pai International lured me to make a purchase from their shop by offering me free Airtel DTH with LG 32" Full HD LCD TV (Model 32LF20FR). They have even advertised that in the newspaper (Times of India). While making the purchase, they said that I won't get the DTH immediately as they have to send the purchase details to LG and after that I will get a call from Airtel for DTH installation and it will happen within a week. However even after 20 days of making the purchase I am yet to get the Airtel DTH. Whenever I enquire, they are saying that it is an offer by LG and they have sent all the purchase details to LG but have not received the voucher from LG. When I called LG customer care, I was told that there is no such offer from LG and that the offer was from the dealers side and I should contact them. It seems that in order to make a sale, Pai International is making false offers. They don't realize that by cheating its customers, they will only lose their reputation and their customers in the long run.

                                Even now it is the same. I bought one LCD couple of days back and the offer is Airtel HD . But i haven't got the airtel coupon yet. They said airtel is supposed to deliver the coupon but not doing it promptly . The person i have dealt with is Sajjad - [protected], Pai Indiranagar. I think Airtel-Samsung fooling people.
                                The attitude of PAI electronics, Bunts Hostel, Mangalore show room is disgusting . they are not ready to free while toking ya enquiring about items. they only want cutomer to buy in a hurry.they wrongly billed as cash, when i purchased item there in NOV 2010, and even gave me the idea that, i can goto any near by ATM, and bring the cash to them. they are over charging FOR micromax F5 mobile they chages me Rs.3900/- where it is availble in other shops for just Rs.3000/- . their quality of service and attitude is very BAD. i recomend all buyers not to buy any items from this shop, since they are notn transperent and overcharing and they are not professionals.
                                We had asked for a particular model Laptop in finance.But unfortunately the model was not available and they said they will intimate us very next day .but not informed .We directly approach them after two days and they said stock is available, and they said the finace option has taken from previous day onwards.now we are not in a position to buy lump sum.

                                  I have purchased a washing machine from Pai International Koromangala branch,as told by the supplier he will deliver the item on next day but there was no response even next day also,the main problem is that they have taken the full amount of Rs.14900/- but not able to deliver the item on time .this makes the customer very upset as he has done the payment the money is stuck but there is no response on calling them up they do not receive you call.kindly help us in stopping such element from this society as they cheat the customer.

                                  yes, same problem i ahve faced,

                                  i had purchased the sony home theater system on 15/10/2010, they have commited delivery on next day, but still ihave not received the delievery, i had full amount to them,

                                  he is very cheating dealer, they are telling free gift for purchaseof Rs 5000 a, d gift voucher on purcahse of Rs 2000, but had purchased 20000 woth Sony HT, they have not given any of these, while checking for sony they dont give any giftys / vouchers .
                                  this is pai international yelahanka

                                    In PAI International,Marathalli before taking home delivery One should br very carefull.
                                    They send the goods which are kept for display without intimating to customer.
                                    when one observes that it would be very late.
                                    The salesmen are more horrible.once product is sold they behave very rash.

                                    So better not to take there. If still plan to take from shop to home one
                                    should have an eye on the product. never believe them...........

                                    was not cooling at all. After repeated complaint they repaire it on[protected]. Their shop has no boss. only salesmen boss it.
