The sofa which is delivered to us from can showroom is damaged item.. They said they would replace the item within 15 days from date of purchase, it was been 2 months.. When you said you are going to replace the item within the mentioned period, you should either replace it immediately or you should ask for to select an another item.. How long can i keep the damaged piece which i brought for that for a worth of 53, 000 rupees

    I paid advance of 1k @ pai store - billekahalli, bannerghatta road, blr on 11th nov'18 for glen 4 burner cooktop & chimney, as i was promised the lucky draw coupons & to get the same installed in 6-7 days. As i had a function at home on 18th i thought id would be ok & it has been 14 days now & every day i had to call & followup only to hear that it would take 3-4 days more. The function at home also finished & the product didnot arrive till now. Is pai manufacturing the products upon customer advance payment or trying to get something from other planet??? Why are you guys so unprofessional. You used to call 10 times a day before paying advance & after that we have to beg you every day for our product.

      This is the worst service I have ever experienced.Will never ever recommend Pai international to anyone to buy any products.Brought a fridge of whirlpool company they said it's new model etc, the very first day it din work the company people came and they told it needs to be replaced by another which was given after 20 days.
      The new fridge also had the same problem second time they again told it needs replacement.
      They replaced after some 25 days telling us to take some other model.
      We paid extra money and took new model.
      The same problem very first day not getting cool at all neither freezer not fridge is working.
      I called them and I was asking initially none responded later they told call helpline later they told demo people vl come v can't do anything.
      They are the worst people and worst service.

        I bought laptop dell 5570 for₹ 54500 on 8th november at pai international vijayanaagar branch, but they didnt have stock so they billed and given bill and informed to collect new packed piece at nelamangala pai international branch
        But nelamangala branch staff neatly packed and opened front of customer and delivered a display piece which is using since february and in laptop lots of pai employees personal files and office files are downloaded and used in laptop.
        After i checked that night and got to know it's used piece and next day i returned and refunded my amount.
        Pai international is worst service please don't buy products in pai

            We bought Sofa for 65K from Pai International, Gajuwaka branch in March/April 2018 . The Sofa lower part came out within 3 months of our purchase . When checked we found they have attached bell pins to support few items in the sofa lower part . The Sofa quality is very poor not worth the money definitely . They even denied to replace or refund our amount .
            We gave complaint thrice and on fourth time we are really pissed by the way the manager and team are handling the customers . They themselves don't have proper communication and know what is going on and give false commitments that they will do the repair but none of them bother to handle the case after that . Pai International doesn't have proper customer service and your complaints are not taken seriously as their sole intention is to sell the product and leave . I would request everyone to not get fooled by their ambiance and buy things there . You will surely regret if you do so as its my personal experience .

              I have purchased led tv from pai last week while purchasing time by mistake my husband entered wrong pin so we paid half amount from other card and came after that till one week there was no call from executives he is so irresponsible after collecting little amount his job is done. He didn't bothered to check with us whether we are coming or not. Now again we went and paid full amount. They delivered tv so lately. And now for installation we are waiting for no one is coming very very bad experience i had in pai. Just value the customer improve ur service this is not the way.
              Sir, We are purchase preethi zodiac mixer zooser, actual market price & online price @Rs.[protected]/- . So yours store price Rs/- 8000/- We are asking to store salse persons.they replay this is our price .not compare to market price. Please action for costamers.

                I purchased sofa ks so 505 3+1+1 from banashankari branch in july 2018 and we received damaged back rest for all sofas for which they have been telling it will be replaced and it’s not yet replaced. As 2nd attempt they send other back rest for 2 pieces which we detected it was also damaged, now the trust of quality is not there in pai products. Not sure if there is a real customer support team active? Complaints are not understood or considered at pai international.

                  Hi, i purchased from pai outlet in hrbr kalyan nagar branch on 30th june 2018 for rs 21230 via my iob debit card. After the swipe cashier informed that the amount is declined. To which i made payment from another card. But i got message from iob that amount is successfully credited, i rechecked it by taking a mini statement. The cashier and the counter part mr. Waseem informed that it will be credited in 24 hours and also they will call us and after checking the settlement will get back. Its been 4 days that i have not received a call or my amount credited to my account. If in a day i wont receive any update on this i will reach out to the consumer grievance cell on this behalf. Invoice no - 0173678
                  I purchased Whirlpool fridge in 20th may with Hdfc credit card and offered 10% cash back . But still I didn't get cash back .I asked in store many times but they are not responding properly. Please check and do needful ASAP.

                    Purchased a Samsung ctv from pai international at udupi (Samsung ctv 21 21 A530 on 26. 12, 2011 recently due to some technical reasons the tv suddenly did not start when contacted at the store in person with the tv the service centre at the store simply refused to take the complaint citing non availability of spare parts before even checking the fault this speaks volumes of lack of after sales services of branded product have second thoughts of buying a Samsung product at pai international in future thinking of filing a case in the appropriate consumer forum for redressal of grievances if not attended to the issue wants immediate resolution of the snag

                      I had very pathetic experience with you guys. I called atleast 40-50 times and waited for more than 30 mins but no response. I raised complaint on 12th april and mechanic said fault in compressor and it is in warranty ban[protected].

                      Mr. Venkatesh @[protected] so called manager don't know how to speak with ladies, was so rude and arrogant. My sister called up and asked that today u said u will come and he was shouting on her that we can't do, call to videocon customer care or do whatever you want to do.

                      Mr. Ramesh some area head @[protected] first said product deliver to venkatesh and it will install by friday. Now may be next week.

                      Hats off to pai customer care people no one is ready to transfer the call to their manager. Said wait till monday or else go and file a case in consumer court against videocon and pai international.

                      I am a prime customer of pai and had purchased in their stores for more than 2-3 lacs products and this is the service i am getting from them.

                      I post this in twitter tagging videocon world, pai international, videocond2h but no one is bothe to revert back. Small suggestion don't purchase from them if you also dont want to suffer like me.

                      Rude staff of pai next to phoenix mall mr naik he needs some basic training on customer service for no reason he is provoking customers and losing ur company sales.

                        On Sunday 29th April 18, we visited Jayanagar III Block Pai showroom at around 12.30 pm to purchase Cooler. Out of many brands, we selected Kenstar Cooler 17ltrs at 7, 250. Billing was done, and the sales person informed that the cooler will be delivered from the godown in the evening. We requested him that 8.30 pm bus is booked and one of my family member is carrying the cooler so deliver before 6.30 am. He agreed and we paid the money got rough invoice No.JAY1-490.

                        At around 4.55 pm staff from Deliver person was asking for the location, I said please come near the point and call me. He agreed and at 5.30 again I called him to check whether the cooler has left the godown. guess what, the deliver person is giving shock to me saying there is no stock available and have you received call from showroom. I said no. Still the showroom sales person is not aware that Kenstar is not available. They have not printed showroom phone number in the rough invoice. Then again I called godown and asked for the Jayanagar showroom phone number. Guess what, the sales person sold the cooler is telling me there are 2 pcs available in the godown which is a defective piece.

                        Again went to the showroom to check whether they can give the cooler or not. Again they are promising stock is there in the godown and will be delivered at 6.30, by then it was aready 6.00 pm. Really I lost my patience and made a noise in the showroom. But they refunded the money.

                        If we cancel the order they will hold certain portion of money, but if they fail to supply after taking money from us, they will not add up the cost we have incurred for conveyance, mental agony and the whole sunday was screwed up by no co-ordination between the showroom and godown.

                        Please be alert while shopping in PAI they will give coupons and dubbas which is not useful and take away you money, time, peace. Horrible experience.

                          Bad aftersales service and dealer response by pai internation sales (Kundapura) & samsung service dealer from (Udupi)

                          We have purcahsed samsung 195 ltr refirgerator from pai internation, after warranty we asked for service due to freezer failure but now one week completed no good response after one week they came and taken the product for repair still not returned due to long distence of serrvice cntre about 80km travels our product also get damages without proper packing, we asked them to do service at site becuase they can bring 134a gas is small qty liquid is using for refill, but leak test has to done by nitrogen gas which locall available which they can carry or hire locally, they can hire on rent basis with the help of thier service jeep or can arrange local good auto,.
                          But begining service dealer agrred to do service at site but after one week they refused to come, during warranty period they doing all this job at site only, but after warranty customer has to take product to their service centre which a very long distence also damages our product during transport, so request need to improve customer service of samsung which is possible, sales person from pai internation should take care of thier customer, i am really very unsatisfied about pai internation after sales service and about refigerator service centre from udupi, in future this type of bad service will effect sales & manufacturer customer will not show interest to buy this kind of samsung products.
                          My suggestion for bigger item service centre person should keep service jeep or vechilce for carry repair kit or equipement to give better servicec at door step so customer will get happy to buy more product by giving positive feed back also it save our and their time, avoids damages of bigger products, save customer money by unnecessary transportation, now market is bigger same time service dealer has to improve their facility and equipement otherwise they cant stand in the market, wer as other comutator service dealer giving service at door step are in same city wher e customer purchased the product, before warranty period giving service at door step but after closing warranty service delaeer ask customer to bring product at dealer branch which not possible because, cusrtomer cant to proper packing or go along with product for such a long distance, instead of that i would like to purchase other product,

                          Note : as a customer i have purchased more product at pai international appliances but now i feel bad about their after sales service last 10th and 18th two times registed complaint at pai internation sales, we didn’t get any response finally with the help of local goods vechicle we sent our refrigerator from kundapura to udupi (Around 45km distance one way) to samsung service dealer as on 21st today 24th our product still not returned or repaired by samsung service dealer (Dealer contact : prabhu [protected]), for a small part freezer failure problem we have to bare higher cost on transportation because service delaer centre distance long, we areexpecting service at same city wer we had purchased or sales the product otherwise we are looking for the product who give better service at in future, but once you lost the customer you wont get them in future same time bad image about product & sales dealer passes 1*10*100 customers … which multifly cause lose of sales. So i request take special action on service dealer, if service is good customer will not worry about quality of product if they get service on time.

                            Pai international doesnt have much good customer service. Especially rajaji nagar branch. I purchased haeir fridge on 31st march 2018.

                            While billing they promised to deliver by 1 week as there was no stock. And from then on they say different stories.

                            Day1: fridge is in godown at electronic city
                            Day 3: fridge is in chennai port
                            Day 5: its year end. Tax problem. Stock clearance issue. Income tax bla bla bla
                            Day 6: one fridge has arrived. We need to deliver same model to 35 people who have booked. We will first deliver this today to you
                            Day 7: fridge has arrived to warehouse
                            Day 8 (Today): fridge is dispatched from hsr layout.

                            When i asked for driver number, they say that driver will itself call when arrived. But they gave fake promise that they will deliver at our convenient time...

                            This branch is full of fake promises and make us fool...

                              I have purchased bajaj air cooler from pai international, karmanghat. I was trying to start the product once i bring it home but fan was not working, i have called pai international karmanghat and informed the same but their response was not at all fair and they refused to replace the product and said they will send technician for repair. Even technician unable to repair it as motor is defective.
                              Knowingly pai international is selling defective pieces and cheating customers.

                              Request you to take action and help me to get new product instead of repair.

                                We have purchased micro owen from pai electronics bommanahalli last night, which is on saturday 3rd feb 2018.
                                By the time of purchasing,, they told that they will handover the product on time which is at 10.30 to 11.00 am on sunday 4th february 2018. But still product not yet delivered. Now the time is 2.30 pm. And when we called, they are saying it will take some more time. And the guy who called for address in the morning and is not having any courtesy, he cut the call in between when we are asking him where is he. This is how your guys are working.
                                And moreover, we have to cancel all our pre-planned things for the sake of this.

                                I have never seen such kind of service.

                                  I enquired for purchase of samsung tv of 55 inches led model costing rs 89900 on 23/1/18 with mr rehman ur agent in pai showroom at karmanghat showroom hyderabad. He said it will take 2 to 3 days for clearing chq including dd or banker chequers. So we deposited chq on 23/1/18 at 7.30 pm and recd receipt. But to my surprise chq was not deposited by u in your bank on 24 th as the chq was not debited to my account on 25.1.17. So ur people have denied delivery of tv to me. Mr prasad the showroom manager or mr viswanath acct manager have not understood the rationale of customer importance as i told that i am working in government bank as an executive and i have shown my balance in the account. I can not take risk of bouncing chq even then ur people have not understood and insulted me by not delivering tv which is gross negligence o[censored]r staff or ur bank. I request u to look into the matter and provide me the details of chq deposit with ur bank ie date of receipt by bank officials and not by ur staff.
                                  Hope u will review ur policy to customer satisfaction and show helping nature in future.

                                    Hi, i have just called the [protected] an d asked her if they can deliver washing machine by today evng 6 pm she was not listening to my question.. Is this the way you treat the customer? This is not acceptable she is not letting me say anything... I m really upset.. This is my first time and will be the last time to contact pai.                                       Below is the mail that was written sbi bank and i am also looking to hear from your team.. What the deal you fool customers.

                                      Please help me to understand the (Below) offer i just wanted to swipe my sbi card for 17, 900 and your executive informed and shared that 10% cashback is there only on emi conversation so i forcefully converted the amt.

                                      Please make me understand below points, also written the same to sbi bank:

                                      I have few concerns as follows:

                                      1.

                                      I brought mobile from pai showroom dated august 15 2017 and received confirmation from showroom executive that i shall receive 10% cashback or maybe 5% cash back but i received only rs 708.84 dated august 17, 2017 and unable to understand how this amt is calculated as 10% on my buyng amt 17, 900 comes to rs.1790 and 5% comes to rs.895

                                      Please request you to help me to understand the same.

                                      I seen few debits showing dated august 19, 2017 rs.200.55 and rs.36.25 and other dated september 19, 2017 rs.168.08 and rs.30.25

                                      Now the concern is why this amt is getting debited, if i am right this may be towards the emi conversion on my buy but please understand i was confirmed that there will be no interest charged on my emi conversion.

                                      I see that bank already debited total (200.55+36.25+168.08+30.25) which comes to 435.13 and still i am not sure how many emis the amt was converted and how much money will be debited from my account.

                                      In total cashback given was 708.84 and amt debited was 435.13, so final total cashback as on date shall be 708.84 - 435.13 = 273.71 and not sure how much more amt will be debited from my account for rest of the emis.

                                      Please team request you to give me complete clarity through mail so that i discuss and show pai showroom executive the mail copy and proceed accordingly.

                                      I am completely disappointed on this matter.

                                      I brought the mobile on August 15, 2017 and my bill invoice number KUKT-3853 and bill number is 044410.

                                      When executives are not updated and trained properly towards offers and they are not able to understand the offer details then why your showroom is showing such customer making fool offers.

                                      I would have brought the mobile from Big C or any other showroom with great offer.

                                      Why I brought from Pai as I had points 700 in my pai rewards and second I was showing the offer of 10% cashback on SBI Credit card.

                                      All is confusing at Pai, paying bill to delivery of product..I was saying that have points deduct it but billing person and executive decided to ignore all requests and quickly print and close the transaction so that they tally their accounts and close the showroom.

                                      Why you are keeping open showroom till 10.30 PM when your staff is getting so lazy and showing no interest better to close the showroom between 7PM - 8 PM.

                                      WHAT CASHBACK...NOTHING AND AFTER BUYING SO MANY PRODUCTS FROM PAI THIS IS THE VALUE THEY SHOW...TO OLD CUSTOMERS.

                                      PLS DO CHECK YOUR RECORDS FOR MY RELATIONSHIP WITH PAI.

                                        Sold me a food processor on 20th sept 17. Invoice 0108172/ind-13664. Morphy rechards was supposed to demo in three days. Did not. These fellows have given an e mail address which does not exist. I phoned morphy at[protected] fifteen minutes ago. They collected all details and said that they cannot do anything as pai international has not registered the sale. This means that both pai international and morphy richards work like bbmp. Pai's 42464343 dead. Don't know when the processor will work.
