Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally bring to your attention an issue regarding the behavior of the store manager at Baglur road of PAI International.
I have observed and personally experienced instances where the manager, , has been misbehaving with customers and manipulating situations on pricing of the product [Air cooler/ Kenstar]. Some of the concerning actions include:
The price which was informed to us has changed within a day and when asked about the product price he stated that its financial year and price has changed. This should have been told to us prior when we visited. Its so unprofessional conduct, or mistreatment of customers
This behavior has negatively impacted the customer experience now. I believe that such actions are not aligned with the values and reputation of PAI International.
I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and conduct a fair investigation. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to address this issue and ensure a better experience for both customers and employees else I shall have this case filed in consumer court for misconduct and manipulation.
