I recently purchased a washing machine (IFB W/M SENATOR WSS STEAM -WMIF1012) from your Pai Internation Electric store (Outer Ring Road, Marathali, Bangalore) on 06 Aug 2023. The product arrived on 07 Aug 2023 and when the IFB technician opened the package on 09 Aug 2023 and tried installing, I noticed that several significant problems that have made it impossible for me to use the product.
The specific issues I have encountered include:
1. The machine has electrical issues. It leads to current leakage and electric shocks.
2. The electric cable has many scratches
3. Wear and tear inside the cabinet.
Given the aforementioned problems, it is clear that the washing machine I received is not in proper working condition. As a customer who trusted in the quality of products offered by your store, I find this situation disappointing and frustrating.
I communicated the problem immediately to IFB technicians and Mr Subash (Store Manager Pai Outer Ring Road, Bangalore) and against this a support ticket is created by IFB Appliances. The support ticket number is : [protected]
In light of these issues, I kindly request a full refund for the defective washing machine. I believe that a refund is the most appropriate resolution in this case, as it will allow me to explore other options for purchasing a washing machine that meets my needs and functions as intended.
Please let me know the process for initiating a refund and any further steps I need to take. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.
