    We purchased a lg 50 inch led Tv in the year of 2020 in that Tv we facing continues issues in under warranty we faced display problem after we booked a call and changed from service centre and in the year 2022 dec it self mother board is got damaged because of thunderstorms and also main board affected after many calls bookings and continues efforts only after 6 months they changed the board in April 27 2023 itself now not even completed one and half month again the Tv is having problem only audio is playing not video for this we bookings calls 3 times but customer care side they are not arranging any of the technicians and we called the technician persons from lg he is also not responding to us so from lg customer care side we are not getting any support very poor response to the customer

      I bought a AC in March 2022 from Pai Intl, Puttur. It stopped working while under warranty in June 2022. After multiple complaints the store sent someone to service it. But they just filled the gas and left. Unsurprisingly, it stopped working again after 3 months. It was winters so I stopped using the Ac. From January to February I registered multiple complaints again and finally they sent someone and I made it clear to him to not just refill the gas and check properly if it’s damaged as the warranty will expire soon. He told me everything is fine and refilled the gas and left.
      Now, It has been 1 year 3 months since I bought the AC from Pai International, it has broken down 4 times already and I’ve had to call them many many times to get it repaired.

      Today I am literally in tears. It has stopped working again. I feel helpless. They have sold me a defective model and I am left sweating all night even after spending so much money. I called a third party Ac technician, he has assured me I was sold a defective piece and it has without a doubt a minor leak In the system because of which once you fill gas it works for few months but eventually it stops working again.

      This is nothing but a scam, i had personally registered complaints several times and I have proof of it. Why cheat costumers like this?. Please either fix this or I’m going to take this to court.

        We had bought 2 Split Room ACs, Model: LSNQ18SWZA from Aditya Vision Samastipur (Bihar) for around 1 Lakh rupees on 04.08.2020. One of these two ACs was defected and it did not cool ever since the day it was installed.

        So, we filed a complaint with Ref No. RNP[protected] on LG's official website on 09.04.2021, when the AC was under its warranty period. After making multiple calls to LG's helpline numbers, technicians started visiting our house. But even after a month of multiple technicians visits and after changing the compressor of my AC within the first year, my AC was still not cooling. So, the technicians told us that they will replace the AC, but they did not replace it. And, finally they cancelled my request on 05.05.2021 without my consent and without fixing my AC.

        Recently, we filed another complaint with Ref. No. RNP[protected] on LG's official website on 14.05.2023. As LG did not take any action, we escalated our complaint to the CEO office through LG's offical website with Escalation No. VCP[protected] on 17.05.2023. After all of this, my AC was taken to the service centre by Krishna Enterprises (LG's service centre in Samastipur) technician Suresh on 19.05.2023 and my AC is still in the service centre after more than 15 days of filing the complaint. Suresh told us that the cooling coil of my AC has a leakage and it needs to be replaced and told us to pay around 9000 rupees. And, on 23.05.23 we received a text message from LG stating that they were not able to complete our request and hence they cancelled our request without any charges. So, again we are stuck in the same situation where LG just cancels our complaints without our consent, and without fixing my AC and nor does it replace the defected AC they sold us.

        We have been mentally harrassed by LG and Krishna Enterprises (LG service center in Samastipur) for over a period of 3 years now, for one defected AC. Neither do they fix my AC nor they replace their defected product, and on top of that now they want us to pay 9000 rupees more over the actual price of 48000 rupees we bought it for.

        I demand replacement of the defected AC with a new functional AC.

        Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

          I have purchased LG Double Door Fridge Big Size in year 2016.
          It worked perfectly and in 2022 it had cooling problem i gave complaint to Customer Service Service Engineer Came and said Main PCB has to be Changed,
          I agreed and after Board Changing he says Compressor is Faulty Company Replaced it under Warranty and it Functions became Normal and repair was done by Company authorised Service Centre Raghava Electronics [protected],
          Again in 2.5.23 Cooling was issue i called Raghava Electronics directly and Engineer came and said after checking Fan Unit need to be Serviced I agreed and he Charged 500.00
          Next day i felt cooling not Normal Called engineer and informed he guided me to Call Customer Care and register a Complaint,
          Engineer by Name Hari Came from the Raghava Electronics and said after inspecting display board has to be changed and ir will cost 1800.00 as he had not came with the Board he took Service Charges and gone saying he has to order and get it from Company
          He called up 2days later asking 500.00 rs advance to order for the Display Board i have to agree and paid him 500 by GPAY he came with board in 2days fixed it and said it will be ok in 3 hours time but nothing got ok
          I called him and informed the status he came back next day after checking says Main PCB Board and Fan Unit has to be Changed and it will Cost 7000+ i have to this also as i don't have any other options
          It was now already 15days
          He came with Board and Fan Unit fixed Board and Fan was not Suitable He demanded 4500.00 for Boad and fridge still not working
          I asked him to complete the work and collect the full Payment on Sucessful performance of the Fridge
          He got annoyed and raised a police Complaint on 100 and started harassment,
          Police man came and understood our plight and asked him to Complete the work and collect payment on Successful running of fridge,
          He started pleading with Police Man saying Company will penalise him 3 times the cost of spare if he doesn't return it to Service Centre
          Till date 2.6.23 complaint is not resolved

            I raised a service request (RNP[protected] on 9th May 2023 for my washing machine as it was not working. A technician (Krishna Moorthy - [protected]) came two days after and said the mother board has gone faulty and needs to be replaced. He said the machine is more than 10 years old so he has to order for replacement and it may take a few days. He came back after 4 days and replaced a new motherboard and showed me the machine working fine. He charged me a visiting charge of Rs.472 and Rs.2500 for board replacement and said the board will have 1 year warranty. After he left the machine worked fine for a day and the next day, the machine again stopped working with the exact same issue. I called him and he said he will place an order for another board and come back to my house soon but he never returned. I tried calling him but he didn't pick up my call. The LG washing machine has been in non-working condition for more than 3 weeks now and no proper response from LG's end. It's very frustrating and I want this escalated immediately to a higher level to get this sorted out.

              I call to the customer care for AC repair and then agent will came at my home for solving the problem of AC but he said that there is a issue related to muthor board and it will fix with 8000 amount and then he said I will repair directly with 3500 amount but I am not agree with them. Now I am here for complaining the agent because I have checked my AC with other AC repair person he said that there is no problem in AC everything is ok and he only wash the AC after that AC is working fine. Why your agent said there is a big issue and it will be fix with 8000 rupees. I want my visiting money(472) back from company

                  Since LG is established brand I brought a TV, AC, washing machine, Freeze. I am always having something or other problem with LG products year long. Very disappointed with their service also. From last year AC is having water leakage and non cooling problem. Servicing team repair and replace the parts and again again from 2 years same problem it was resolved till now. Service team is very rude and take money but issues are unresolved. LG esclation team or managers are very reckless to respond and resolve the issue. We buy the branded product with high cost for best quality, but problems come for product frequently a like local products such cheap and low quality LG is.. Disgusting that service team replace the condensor, cooling coils, AC gas within 1month thrice. Such an wrost product i have ever seen. i raised request RNP[protected], none is solving issue. Request you guys to take serious action.

                      I bought an LG 3 star inverter split AC from flipkart which was delivered on 17/04/2023 and installed by Jeeves on 19/04/2023. The Jeeves technician who installed the AC suggested me to take extended warranty of 2 years for the AC and he explained me that all parts will be covered under extended warranty and you will also get three services (Dry and Wet) from Jeeves every year, hence I paid rupees 2660 via Paytim to his phonepe, but he did not provide me any invoice regarding this. I called Jeeves customer care in the evening regarding the invoice and I also confirmed about the extended warranty, but the representative (Kausar) told me that you will not get any type of service (dry or wet) in this extended warranty, the technician gave you wrong information about this.

                      I requested for the cancellation of the extended warranty and received a mail from Jeeves

                        Our 2 split AC s were bought in cash with Full payment at Great Eastern Retail Kamarhati, kolkata. with invoice no- KHT/SA2324/00386 and KHT/SA2324/00355 on 16th April 2023. Till now after 14 days (30/ the AC s are not installed. Every Alternate day in the 2nd half of the day some engineer call and say that today it's not possible, tomorrow they will install, but they don't respond the next day. Like this twice we took leave from our work to stay at home for installation, but they really don't have any reponsibility. I thought LG had the best service before buying, But now I see that they have the worst service. even my neighbour who bought another company AC got it installed within 5 working days.

                          This is Regarding service request RNP[protected]

                          Can you please let me know when will the issue get resolved?

                          April 10th, opened the case

                          April 19th, escalated to Mounika (customer relationship officer, bangalore)

                          April 25th, escalated again through email

                          April 26th, got call from lg office and enquired about the issue and promised to fix at the earliest

                          Still no response. Let me know if no one is ready to fix the issue then I can check the water purifier with someone outside.

                            I must recommend and request you to study the below highlighted a copy of customer which has been facing so much challenges. I have paid all the amount but due to wash had happened (Due to lac of knowledge and training by technician) of A.C indoor, my moter got blown and then the display got down.

                            I have paid for wash and then moter and then going to pay for this display of tuner -: big Black one .

                            Today they have come without verification whether it is working or not using remote, how come a technician is just coming without having proper +Ve and -ve scenario has been verified. now after i have said that Remote was working as expected past so many years, now they are saying the remote it self not working, they are simply adding buffer to customer and customer being paid.

                            Now they have taken the below attachment and with remote they will now come with these details checked, i have no idea.

                            I am finding difficulties of handling this fraud vender-Badyanath-:[protected] urf Pintu which they have been doing past years of dissatisfaction only. Are we not getting same kind of issue with other customers too.

                            I must recommend and request to please investigate once with in a common ground level once.

                            Note-: i am not at all ready to pay a single amount where as it has all happened to us being this Washing indoor A.C.

                                I had purchased LG's air-conditioner from Perumbavoor police canteen on 21.04.2023. LG shall provide installation of AC with in 48 Hrs. LG's contractor from Aluva, desham was contacted on phone number [protected].It was climed that this contractor could not provide installation and had no staff. now 6 days completed .no one has to came for installation .

                                  I had my LG refrigerator repair on[protected]. I raised a compliant to customer support and no compliant number was given to me. After one day one representative came from LG and performed inspection and gave a report that gas need to be refilled, he said he has updated another person will come and fill the gas, after 4 days another person came and started refilling gas but he said that compressor is not working and and he updated it as i had a 10 year warranty he said another person will come and replace the compressor. 10n days passed by no one came i kept on complaining to customer support, but no one responded properly instead they advised me to call that technician and make do with it.

                                  when i asked for my complaint number and details they refused by saying nothing is there on your compliant we will not do anything.

                                  Later i again i lodged a compliant this time i asked and took the RMP #[protected] but no technician is ready to come to my place everyone is calling and saying that he has forwarded my compliant.

                                  Worst customer experience.
