Pan Card — could not take the print of Acknowledgment form

I applied for the PAN card online but could not take the print of Acknowledgement form .

Could you plz provide me the soft copy of my Acknowledgement form at mitali.[protected]@tcs.com

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for a PAN card (ack no:[protected]) on 14/02/2011 and still it has not been received. Every time I call the customer care,they come up with different discrepencies. And I have spoken to them on 28/03/2011 last and they confirmed me that there is no discrepency left and it will be processed in two days time.Still the online status is showing as UNDER PROCESS.
Kindly look into the matter as the PAN card is required on urgent basis.

Pan Card — Deactivation of Pan Card

Hello Sir

We are twin brothers and have seprate PAN card. But wrongly dept or outsource entity has linked my pan no to my brother without giving any notice to me and deactivate my pan no.
To reactivate the same I already file the request to Dept on 21st March. But when I am traying to check the status I am geting the answere oraly that it can berectified after 2nd May only. They are not ready to give the same statement in writting. Also there seniors also on leave and I am very helpless now.Also Govt make compulsary to qoute PAN no or validate PAN No for every transaction. If dept takes so much time to do this kind of task is it appropriate to make compulsry pan no.
Pls Guide for future course of action and advice to goverment not make compulsary and such kind of acitvity which they can not rectified in 15 days time.
