[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card not received

Dear Sir,
My pan No.AXLPR4139H. my name is Debashree Roy date of Birth 01.06.1983. It is showing in internet that the pan card has been delivered on 10.10.2010 but till date I have not receipt the pan card and my residencial address is correct which is fill up in pan card application.

Pan Card — tds:non uploading by bank in pan a/c no. AAYPS1391J

SIR TDS deducted from my a/c no. [protected] for A/Y 2010-11 with SBI PALAM VIHAR BRANCH has not been uploaded in my PAN A/C NO:AAYPS1391J .
I have tried nearly for 11 months with the bank for this to get corrected;unfortunatelly I have not succeeded as yet.
KINDLY ADVISE ME HOW TO PROCEEDE FURTHER; AS I AM FACING DIFFICULTY FROM INCOME TAX DEPT.KINDLY HELP THE SENIOR CITIZEN.

It was dispatched as on 15th march 2011. The online status shows that it has been delivered- Returned to consignor. What does it mean can you explain me. why it is happen.
