My pan card number is ANHPT2283N. As per the status report the card has been dispatched on dated 28/05/2011 through speed post (consignment No EQ[protected]IN) and delivered to Puspa bhawan New Delhi. The delivered address mentioned in the dispatch report is wrong. Kindly check and resend the PAN card to my correct address as mentioned below and was attached with application form.
