sir, i am Sitakanta Padhy, i have applied for PAN from May2008. my application no is[protected], i have applied through UTI Bank, BBSR. when i enquired through website it shown Your PAN card has been dispatched on 6-6-2008 by post at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application.and my Permanent Account Number (PAN) : AWRPP4429K

I have applied for a PAN Card on 10.06.08 at Guwahati, Assam, India. My application form no. is[protected]. I have not yet received my PAN Card. I contacted your Mumbai Office regarding the same but they could not provide proper answer to my querry.
