Panasonic — A Florescent Verticle line on Middle of the TV Screen | |||
Dear Sir, From the date of purchase of the product 42" Panasonic LED TV (TH L42 E5 D) from Guru Maa enterprises, Rudrapur, on Dt. 15.11.2013 with 3 years warrenty, has continous problems after 3 months. It has been repaired 3 times instead of several requests for replacement . But no permanent solution has been done. Now, again 2 problems are there 1. ) A florescent line middle of the TV and 2) Remote and manual operating system is not working. This TV has definitely has some manufacturing defects, that's why it is getting problems frequently. I request you to provide us the replacement for the same. The copy of bill enclosed...
