Dear Sir I have one of Panasonic ELUGA U IMEI NO 1 IS .[protected] IMEI NO 2 IS .[protected] is faulty back cover is broken, camera take pichour not clear, system is hang many time during operation so I was contact to Varanasi service center and I request to resolve these problem. He replied to me our hand set are deposit to service canter for 20 (Twenty Days) so I deposit our hand set Dated.19/8/2015 but at til day no single person replying to me about my handset including customer care also.
