Panasonic — AC

I bought an AC 30.04.2022, from Smart World, Tonk Road Jaipur.
During April, 2023, when I started my AC was not working, so I made a request for servicing AC but nobody turned up to repair the AC.
Subseqently, I again request the company customer care for repair vide service request dated 29.04.2023 and 06.05.2023 but all in vain and nobody attend to repair the AC. I am facing very trouble in so high temprature.
In this regard it is requested that kindly the company may be directed to resolve the issue in warranty period as the first and second request were made in warranty period.
