I had registered for routine AC service 3 weeks ago. I had received a WhatsApp message regarding the same. I did receive a call once saying a technician would soon attend. During the call, I had asked for the replacement of the insulation for the copper pipe as it had cracked at multiple locations. I was told they will check stock and revert. To this day, I haven't received the call. I had contacted the local office multiple times and each time they would say that the technician will attend the same day. But no one has ever come, 3 weeks since my first booking. Now when I try to contact, they deliberately do not answer the call. This is nothing but lack of professionalism. I hope to see something done to sort out the problem. Something needs to be done with the attitude and approach of the local service centre in Kochi
