Panasonic — Ac service not provided

Hi,

I called up panasonic customer service on 22nd april '16 and requested service for my 2 acs. Service request numbers are r[protected] & r[protected]. After calling me the next day and confirming that they will do the service on 30th april, they never turned up. When i called the panasonic customer service and enquired, i found out that the service station had falsely informed the company that the service has already been provided and closed the service requests from their end!

The service station is located in erragadda, hyderabad.

I spoke to their manager raghu who put me to some anuradha who put me through to some kiran who didn't pick up his phone.

Erragadda, hyderabad service center made me run from pillar to post for 2 weeks, never provided service and falsified records by claiming to have provided the service. Very disappointed and angry.
