Panasonic — AC Water leakage inside home

We bought a Panasonic 2 Ton AC from Rathna Fan House, Tnagar last
April(Purchased on 23/4/22). After installation we had been facing so
many issues: water draining inside the room and noises more when we
reduce AC temperature
