Panasonic — after sell service

I bought a double doorpanasonic fridge on october 2017 from great eastern stores, dalhousie, sl no 7vsi01095). The same is not cooling. I calked toll free no ofpanasonic call centre and they promised to send: thank you for calling panasonic. Please provide code a205 for r[protected] to engineer if you are satisfied with our service.
The man came and said two parts hv to be replaced. Then there came acall askng to approve the charges and i approved. Nobody called so iagai called and i was told one of the two parts is unavailable and ho (Panasonic) likes to exchange
