Panasonic — agartala service centre betrayed to provide new mobile battery even booked by advance payment | |||
Dear concern, Please note that i have ordered a new mobile battery for my panasonic eluga mobile to the panasonic service centre agartala on 6th of oct 2017, but till now getting & even after several time follow up they didnt shown any interest, & finally today declared that they cant provide & also my advance amount is not refunded till now. This is a huge harassment for me since from one month & total irresponsibility from your end. Also hampered my work due to unavailability of my mobile battery. Please look into the matter urgently & reply with valid reason, & also going to file a complaint into the required authority. Was this information helpful? | |||
