Panasonic — Air conditioner | |||||
We live in Ghaziabad. We bought panasonic Airconditioner on 26 April 2013. It was working fine and regular service was done. This month i.e. April 3, it stopped working suddenly. We made a complaint to its helpline no. Those people came and us that there is caling coil problem and took the AC on 8th April to RDC Ghaziabad. Since then there is No information regarding that but just once. They called and told that 12, 000 is the total expense without even describing it. We are calling them since 11th morning to bring back our AC without repairing, but they are not responding. Daily we are calling them and They just simply pick the call and tell that we will Search for your AC and will let you know. This behaviour is simply very annoying.
