Panasonic — Air conditioner | |||||
I have purchased an AC of Panasonic and it got stop cooling 3 months back. I called customer care people. They sent service center guys. They came and said it will be charged some money and the problem will be resolved. I said ok. I paid the money, they did something and it started cooling. I asked whether it will happen again in just few days ? They said no. Again in 10 days it stopped cooling and it went off in mins. I called again and they again came and did something. It started cooling again, but I told them that the problem has not been resolved yet completely as I cane hear the gas leak, but they said, we have resolve it permanently. But I was not sure. But as they said, I got relaxed with half mind. Now again in 2 days it went off and stopped cooling. Now again I have made a complaint, and when the service center guys came, they asked for money again to change something. I said why? Last time I paid and I have not even used the AC for 15 days then again you are asking more money for the same problem? I denied and they went back without saying anything. This is the service of Panasonic. I recommend all no to buy any AC of Panasonic. Was this information helpful? | |||||
