I had purchased panasonic air conditioner on 27/2/2015. From vardhaman electronics kandivali (W) mumbai. But the piece given to us is a faulty one as the gas keeps leaking every three to six months.
Inspite of repeated written complaints the response by the after sales service personnel is pathetic.
The people do not lift the phone lines. We spoke to mr. Jaikumar landge and mr. Bhupender singh. They assured us service and then stopped picking up our phone or giving any kind of feedback.
