Panasonic — air conditioner complaint | |||
Dear team, I bought my air conditioner in 2016 for authorised dealer of panasonic product next month onwards my air conditioner gas was leaked out and i have complain to the customer care for that problem and representative was come and he refill the gas whiout checking and problem was still on going and i stop my air conditioner for next season because september is not so hot, and next season i start my air conditioner but colling was not worked and then i complain again for that problem, again panosonic engineer was come and again he refill the gas, when i asked for the problem he said that there is no problem last time gas was not refill properly so that your air conditioner is not worked, he said now your air conditioner is good, he returned and after 4 month the problem was again start and that time my air conditioner was out of warranty, and i am very upset and unhappy for panasonic product.
