DEAR SIR/MADAM, MY SELF RAJEEV MITTAL, I DID PURCHASE A ONE REFRIGERATOR FROM JOY ELECTRONICS, SHYAM NAGAR, NEW SANGANER ROAD, JAIPUR DATED 12.04.2013. AFTER 4-5 MONTHS MY SAID ITEM IS OUT OF ORDER. I COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS YOUR CUSTOMER CARE HELPLINE SAY YOUR ITEM IS NOW IN GUARANTEE PERIOD WE ARE REPAIR THIS WITHOUT ANY COST & THEY REPAIRED. BUT AFTER 5 MONTHS MY REFRIGERATOR AGAIN NOT WORKING AGAIN I DID HAVE BOOK COMPLAIN THIS TIME THEY ARE SAID ME NOW YOUR ITEM IS NOT GAURANTEE PERIOD YOU PAY SERVICE MAN VISIT CHARGE AND COST OF PART ALSO WHOM IS REPAIRED. AFTER THIS I HAVE MANY TIME COMPLAINED BOOKED AND PAY SERVICE CHARGES AND REPAIRED MY REFRIGERATOR. HOW MANY TIME I COMPLAINED I HAVE ATTACHED MY BILL COPY WHICH EVER IS NOTED MY COMPLAINED NO. WITH DATES.I AM ALSO DI BITES 3-4 TIME MY INSULIN EXPIRE BECAUSE OF YOUR COMPANY BAD PRODUCT (ONE INSULIN COST IS 2500/-). MY REQUEST IS THIS WHEN I PURCHASED AND TILL DATE I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT. PLEASE HELP ME AND DO THE NEED FULL ACTION ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT.
