Panasonic — Bad service | |||
Almost by Dec end, our washing machine got damaged and called up the technician, but since then there was no proper servicing and no initiation from the service people. We had to make calls repeatedly, and everytime they will come, check and give different opinion regarding the machine status; 1. One technician said the bellow of the machine is damaged. 2. Another day, another person said, that both the bellow, and motor got rusted. Then finally by Jan mid, we had to transport the machine to the service centre, and they promised they will repair it within one week. But that took a month. Just imagine our disappointment. ( For the delay they gave us the excuse, that it takes time to procure spare parts from Chennai) We got the machine by Feb 8th, and paid 3050. Now exactly after a month, we are facing the same problem, and even after repeated calls to the service centre we are not getting any satisfying response. We are really frustrated with such kind of service, are we sitting idle for handling such issues daily ?. It has been such a big disturbance in our daily routine. I'm attaching the present situation of the machine, and also the invoice copy of the previous months repair work. Was this information helpful? | |||
