We have filed a complaint in Nov 2015 regarding repairing of Newly purchased Home Theater of Panasonic. Now withing two years I have faced several issues regarding quality of service as well as product and informed them frequently at their authorized place.
but no one has taken up this issue considering a genius complaint from customer only I have received a message to settle down this issue with 55% only & to close this issue I was agreed to it as I don't have choice and I have communicated my Bank A/c NO to deposit the settlement amount on 28.11.2015. but till the time no one is responding regarding the same and it shows that PANASONIC India is not at all interested to close this issue after their own internal issues.
Please note that I have lost 45% amount just because oif PANASONIC INDIA does not have technical support with parts. You can refer below communication.
