With the feeling of inconvenience, badly unhappy to inform your product. I’ve purchased Panasonic 43inch LED TV for Rs.65, 000/- (MODEL – TH 43EX600D) from Darling Digital World Chengalpet on 21-Nov-2017. Last month 5th Dec 2020 I got a Back light issue. The I raised a complaint to Panasonic service center on 7th Dec 2020, Panasonic Technician Mr.Ganapathi [protected] visited and he told that its “BACK LIGHT” problem. And he told me to pay Rs.472/- then only we could proceed further. We also paid the amount. After couple of week I started to follow about the status Panasonic employee told we got some issue in back light spare. if we fix this spare after 3 to 4 hours again we facing back light issue. so, we ordered another spare that too defect piece… third time they ordered back light spare. Then Panasonic technicians are start to avoid My calls so much of following they didn’t pick my call and also my father’s call. I lost my patience. Then I directly visited Panasonic APRON SERVICE CENTRE on 05-Jan-2021. The technician told me that there is a panel problem. First he told Back Light issue now panel issue that too the panel cost come around 80% of TV Cost. No one is update the issue to me, once visit Panasonic then only tell about the panel issue. Then, I spoke to Panasonic Branch Manager Mr.Salman –[protected] through phone call. He replied I’ll speak to the technicians if the issue from our side I’ll take of this. I didn’t get any replies from Manager Salman. and also he denied my calls. I enclosed his call history for your reference. Really I lost my patience and totally unhappy with Panasonic Brand.
Almost 50 Days over. No response from Panasonic. so, I claim New Panasonic 43inch 4k TV. Because, I fear what they done with that TV. If possible, please provide some relief to your customers to stay at your brand in further. I recommended everyone Panasonic under the assumption that you will treat your customer with high priority but somehow it is broken. Please fix a solution for this case as soon as possible. otherwise I am gonna take this issue to consumer care and also social media.
And I sent a complaint mail to supriya.[protected]@in.panasonic.com, Service.[protected]@in.panasonic.com, [protected]@in.panasonic.com but still I didnt yet get a any reply from Panasonic side..really I felt very very bad about PanasoniC brand..they broke my trust.. And please give some solution for this asap.
