I have been waiting to replace my brand new TV 42", which was a defective piece from the day one.
We have to given excuse and postponed dates when asked for replacement.
Lack of stock availability and regional office approval, HO approval etc.
Is their some one who is seriously concerned about the consumers of PANASONIC?
