Panasonic — chordless phone regarding

purchased one chordless phone KX-TG 3711SXB, S.no 41BXCO31603 dated 16 jan 2015, bill number 1084, from bhopal brand showroom. after 3 months it developed defect and sent to service centre, from where it was again sent back to showroom as it was beyond repair. however the set was changed with a older set with s.no. 3 LCXC307410, without informing me of the truth. i want a new fresh set. ref no C[protected] // MR.
