Panasonic — complaining about my new 1 ton inverter ac bearing model no panasonic cs ps 12sky/1.0

My complaint is regarding poor service from panasonic service department. I had bought a panasonic 1 tn inverter ac bearing model no panasonic cs-ps12sky/1.0 on date 27-5-17. All the problem started from the day of my last free service. After completion of last free service on 23/05/18 during the afternoon tym, i heard some abnormal sound from the outdoor unit which i informed to the service representative. However he ignored me and told that it will not be a problem and left my place. At night when i switched on my ac i found it not doing any cooling. Next day i imediately informed local panasonic customer care since my machine was within their 1 yr warranty period. Service engineer visited my place and from then onwards they are unable to solve my issue till date. It's already 10 days over but still now they are saying it will take more 3-4 days.
This is simply a big negligence from a brand like panasonic. Even after repeated phone calls to service centre, they are doing undue delay regarding this matter. I am feeling very helpless. I would request to please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
