Panasonic — complaint about my panasonic led 32" tv | |||
Dear team, I had log the complaint on dated 29th sep 2018 about my panasonic led 32” tv power supply issue. And 2nd day your engineer mr. Gyanendra (Mobile no [protected]) come to my home, after checking he says major issue in led & he is tacken led with him and left the home. (Service center name – harsh enterprises navi mumbai) After i had tacken follow up on every alternate day but no any response from engineer & service center also. Now 2 month completed for this case but still no any confirmation about my tv what is exact issue with him. Now i am very disappointed in your service. Hence we will not recommend to my friends & family also for no purchase any panasonic product. On monday dated 26th nov 2018 i am going to consumer court with attached document.
