Panasonic — complaint against offer

Dear sir,
I am nilesh shrivastava. I have purchase 32 inch tv (Model : th-430350, s. No: 172ps05s02012) on 18 june 2017 from ur bhopal dealer, he offered me to purchase the panasonic brand tv with special gift offer. He commit that gift will be directly deliver at home by courier i taken that tv and offered gift is not given by him still. I m regularly contacting but now he is not responding...
I have purchase bill. Please give proper information the offer relating that date and particular product. Solve the issue as soon as possible.
