Panasonic — Complaint Aganst Panasonic Handset.

I have submitted Panasonic E luga s TO pune(Shivaji nagar) service center, but after one month And 4 days their is no any feed back from company. When I tried to rich to their call center on[protected] and mobile.[protected]@in.panasonic.com no any proper feedback given, but they are keeping my call on hold till 30 min when I tried to speak with senor. And from their e-mail id mobile.[protected]@in.panasonic.com not even single response yet.Please help me.
