Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased one micro oven from Vi jay sales Panvel vide receipt No.
V.NO.34-PNV11-13 SIAO336 dated[protected].THe Serial no of the over is E[protected] and name of
The item mentioned in the receipt is Panasonic MW NNGT221WFCG.The purchased
Price was Ra 6489=00.
The Door Closer of the oven was broken as per technician visited on 15th July 2014.He told me Rs 1500 will charged for replacement. I agreed after month again technician came along with the part for replacement. But
he tried to do, but could not. He told me that it is not matching, and this is now old model. I asked him give in writing.
But he has not given. Then we contacted the vijay sale from where I had purchased. They also given the complaint byt we could not get it repaired. More than two month is over but we never get proper reply.
Now I am writing to you, how any machine become old model within six month and spares part is not available. If you company can not repair the machine, than why it should be sold in the market
More than two month is over. My over has not been repaired. Therefore I request you to please replace the oven with new model, I am ready to pay extra amount, or refund the amount to on me immediate.
I am looking forward for your instant response.
