Panasonic — Complaint was registered 2 times and both of the time it was resolved automatically without my agreement | |||||
I have registered a complaint for low cooling of my refrigerator model no : BU343LHIN on toll free (ref no : R[protected] and technician visited my house i paid him service fees he told me that within 2 hours you will come to know the effect of cooling but nothing happened. and i got a msg from panasonic that complaint has been resolved. I registered another complain t(ref no : R[protected] technician visited again and replied with same ans as above but this time i didn't signed anywhere i told him that after 2hours i will let you know but within 30-40 mins i again got a message that complaint has been resolved. After talking on the toll free they are saying that it is upto service centre they intimate us for resolving of complaint and we have no procedure of consumer verification for the same. It has been 3-4 days since I feel very frustrated by this behavior Was this information helpful? | |||||
