Panasonic — Damaged My Phone | |||
I have given my panasonic eluga U phone to the service center before 1 and a half month. First time they broken my sim tray and I said to your service center to send the request of replacement but they didn't did that second time company removed that brocken part and now the third time I have submitted that phone to Service Center. The job sheet no I have now is not updated from the service center on 13th aug, It has been submitted next day, (have given my phone to the service center at 10 AM on 13th Aug). Not at all getting any service from the company. How you have handed over the phone to the customer without having the quality check of that particular product.
