I had ordered a full-auto machine on 6th aug 2016. The machine is damaged and i was assured a replacement within 2 days on 8th aug. Since then, every time i call i am convinced i will get my machine in 2 days.
It is more than 12 days since my purchase. I am facing many problems because of this. There is no definite response. If they cannot provide a replacement i want a refund.
