Panasonic — Default in new AC m/c

I have purchased 1.5T 3 star AC m/c on 29.11.14 and due to cold season it was not been used. When after 2 months we tried once, we found a big sound during operation of AC. Then service people came and rectify it against my complain. Again it was unused for 2 months and now again we are facing same problem when started to use in hot. After purchasing the product, we were unable to use it even not for a single day. Requesting you to look on this matter and take necessary action to repair or replace if necessary.
