Sir, I had purchased Panasonic LED Serial No. 42A400D /071553 on cash payment from Home Care, Plot No.111, Sector-4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad 201010 vide Cash Memo No. 540 dated 12.07.2014.
There appeared lines on the Screen of the LED and a complaint No. 113563 was lodged on 27.12.2014 through customer care. The Engineer came and told that the Screen of the LED has been damaged. He was told that the LED never fell down nor any thing hit the LED from which its screen has damaged. Even after that he did not give anything in writing. On phone he said that the screen can be arranged on payment of a sum of Rs. 33000/-. I was not ready to pay him this amount and he reduced the price to Rs. 23000/- from Rs. 33000/- thousand. When asked how he reduced the price, he said that there is some problem in the Panel. Thus his statement about the damage of Screen is doubtful. He again phoned again and again to buy the screen but I did not relent to his demand. I asked him to give me in writing about damage of the screen and he assured that he will mail to me but till date there is no mail to me regarding this fact. I am not sure even today whether the screen or panel has damaged or not due to the changing statement of the service engineer.
You are therefore requested look into the complaint so that the defect could be rectified and I may be able to enjoy your product peacefully.
