I purchased an Microwave Convection oven from Vijay Sales, Khar (mumbai) in December 2014. Not even used for a month and half and the oven stopped working. Reported the problem immediately to the Panasonic Customer care team. First complaint((R[protected] tagged on 3rd Feb'15, Promising a technician would come with 48 hrs to take a look at the issue, the technician came after 7 days that too after my thorough follow up. On checking he mentioned it was a PCB problem and took another 5 days to change the part. After 2 days the similar problem rose and again we had to call for a technician. He came again and the same part. And after another 3 days same problem surface. From the begining I had been following up with the customer care team and Service center manager via calls and SMS and requested them to replace this appliance. Till date I am getting a answer they are awaiting approvals. Its been a month now they have the oven with them and we have no replacement.
This has become quite disturbing, and mentally agonizing when we customers spend our hard earned money and don't receive it value in return.
