I would like to draw your kind attention towards lapses in Panasonic company, i purchased mobile MODEL GD 25C on 12th june 2015 from TRP Enterprises Patna, after 3days i.e 15th june 2015.Handset start malfunctioning, i face the problem in GSM sim slot (i.e my VODAFONE sim is not working in my device) and rushed to the nearby service centre at SAI TRADERS PATNA CITY, PATNA(BIHAR).But service manager refused to accept and repair/replace my phone.He gave the excuse that my IMEI is not found in his system and asked me to come after a few days.
After a few days on 19th june 2015 another problem found in the handset.This time my mobile phone was totally hanged and nothing could be done.Once again i gave my phone to reputed service centre at (SAI TRADERS) alongwith my device box to solve the problem and replace my hanset, but he refused he look into the mobile and return and once again give same excuse as above.But on 25th june 2015 network problem started and on 3rd july 2015 the speaker of my phone stoped working and mobile is automatically swithed off and onn.This time rushed i to service centre and shouting on your service manager, then he received my mobile and give me offline jobsheet (JOBSHEET NO-1070) and told me to come on 7th july to received your handset.
when i visited service centre as per schedule i.e 7th july on that time there's service manager give me a fresh online jobsheet (JOBSHEET NO-KJASPBI060715PI4883) and told me take back after two months.
It is noticeable in this case that there service centre could not receive my phone on 1st and 2nd problem, he received manually my handset only after third problem and he produced me a online jobsheet after 4 days.
I would like to inform you that i have tired from the day to i bought phone of Panasonic. company.Therefore, i would like to request you to replace my handset because it was defected mobile handset and it started malfunctioning within 2 days after its purchase.
You along with your retailer and your service centre only harassed your valued customer, you gave your defected phone to the retailer.The retailer sold that defected piece to me and after that i was, made to run to your service centre regularly.All my problems were created by Panasonic and your associates knowingly.
Therefore, i would like to request you to replace my mobile phone (i don't want to accept repaired Device ) and solve the problems of your valued customer for good otherwise i move towards consumer forum to protect my consumer rights.
