Panasonic — Defective Panasonic AC received | |||
I feel cheated, as I got defective product. Please watch my video attached . The noise of AC is like some tractor running in my room, I am even not able to sleep with that sound. and some leakage is also happening from the downside Very first day at the time of installation I told the person why its making noise, he told me that please because its new, please wait for few days sound will reduce, but its sound increasing day by day. from past few days I am trying to contact service engineer but daily he is saying will come tomorrow. Finally I raised complaint to Panasonic helpline, they sent service engineer and he told it will be repaired some part is missing inside your AC they will repair. So you can understand how it feels i[censored] purchase an AC for around 40k and company open your new AC in front of you to repair it not replacing it. So please replace the defective AC or take that crap away because its a torture I can even sleep. Please replace this defective product or else I will escalate it to higher level.
