Panasonic — Defective units by Panasonic and bad service | |||
I had purchased 5 units of Panasonic CS-UA18PKY splt aircon, All the units were defective in the winters the heater did not work and after registering a complaint the unit was serviced after 3 months of the complaint and the whole winter we had to stay without the heater and now in the summer the cooling of the unit is not effective and has a churning noise of the gas chamber . I would like Panasonic to take back all units .I would request Panasonic to take an immediate action .Either refund me the money for all the units or replace all my units with the latest non defective model.
