Panasonic — Delay delivery from panasonic service centre of mobile handset | |||
Sir/madam I have purchased a mobile hand set of panasonic model eluga arc. Due to miss handling my mobile screen is torn, so i ahve submit my said mobile for paid repairing at company authorized service center i. E. Om electronics located at sitabuldi nagpur on 05/05/2016. At the time of submission of mobile they told me part cost and 1 week time to repair for that i was agreed and i was submit my mobile for repair. After 8-9 i had start followup for the delivery of repaired mobile but till that i did get back my mobile from service center. Every time they r saying the part is not send by the company. Than i had made follow up with company customer care they are not giving any clear response. Approx 2 months is passed away but as on date i did not get any proper reply or any date either from service center nor company customer care. Imultaneously due to this delay i am also warranty time also even after paid repair. I am fully frustrated with the company response.
