Panasonic — Eluga I is not returned even after one month.....

I have submitted my Eluga I on 27th Feb 2015 in Chandigarh at registered service centre.
But it is not serviced as well as not returned even after one month.
It is really pathetic about services. I had the wrong perception before buying the panasonic product.
Now I feel it's not beneficial to purchase any product in future...
Please suggest me what should I do ?
You know even the local electrician can do the better job within the days as they promise but I really surprise, the company like Panasonic is not delivering the values to the customer as they say.
One month is a really enough time to service a phone.
But ... But...
I feel, Panasonic has failed...
I beg of pardon my words but it's true,
* YOU ARE FAR FAR BEHIND THE OTHER COMPANIES AFTER SALE SERVICES IN MOBILE MARKET *
And if you can practice the same way, I'm sorry ...
You would be lost in mobile market...
It would be a great help if you can repair my phone and return me ASAP.

OTHERWIE I HAVE TO FILE A CASE UNDER COSUMER FORUM FOR THE FRAUD . YOU ARE DOING WITH ME.
MORE THAN MONTH TIME IS ENOUGH FOR REPARING...
BUT I THINK YOU PEOPLE WILL NOT UNDERSATND THE PROBLME OF YOUR CUSTOMER...
THIS IS VERY THIRD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE FACED.
i WILL NEVER SUGGEST TO ANY ONE FOR PANASONIC.
RETURM MY MONEY BACK.
