Panasonic — Faulty Microwave and Faulty TV | |||
I purchased a microwave and TV around 1.5 years back. Both the products have got spoilt at the same time and Panasonic has refused to resolve my complaints. For the microwave, which costs around Rs 5, 500, they are asking me to pay Rs 4, 800 which is highly unreasonable, and a microwave's life should definitely be more than a year and a half. Despite my numerous complaints, they do not even send a technician as I have already paid numerous visit charges before and said that I will not be entertaining more charges to check the product as that has already been done. I am facing the same issue with the TV wherein they fraudulently provided a faulty product with a motherboard issue and are asking for Rs 700 to check it when I have already got it checked and Rs 4000 to repair it which is also highly unreasonable as the TV itself costs Rs 10, 000. They have refused to resolve both my complaints on numerous occasions and have asked me to either pay this exorbitant amounts or get rid of the products within 1.5 - 2 years of purchase. My complaints are closed by the company on its own without providing any resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
