Of the above reference my mobile is not working from 04/08/2015 and handover to Panasonic Service Center the details are as follows;

But still not response from Lotus Telecom Service center and your side. I handover to this handset to your service center dated 04/08/2015 around Two months before, and no one give the status about this mobile phone. When I am submitting the phone that time service center guys said you will repair within one month, but still not reply from service center. Every week goes to service center that time he said our server is down. Please give the reply in an urgent manner.
